Lydia Forson has highlighted the plight of women suffering from fibroids while marking Fibroids Awareness Month. In a post on X, the ‘Perfect Picture’ actress shared her personal experience:

“July is Fibroid Awareness Month. To the women who’ve endured constant pain, numerous surgeries, and the anxieties surrounding fertility or pregnancy due to how they look—know that you’re not alone. I suffered for 10 years before receiving the help I needed.

“Today, I am thankful to no longer be in such pain and relieved that no one else will find themselves immobilized on a bathroom floor like I once did.”
